Not gonna lie, it’s frustrating how often the things I want are never in stock. I check back, but it feels like everything is always sold out.

I was happy with what I paid. The prices felt fair, and the overall value matched my expectations. Nothing felt misleading or disappointing, so I’d feel comfortable buying again

I ordered a shirt from smashingpumpkins.com a while back, I want to say sometime in March, or maybe April, and the print looked really cool in person. The only issue was the fit was smaller than I expected. It wasn’t a total dealbreaker or anything, but I do wish the size chart had been a bit more accurate. If I order again, I’ll probably go one size up.

My first impression was that the site looked really cool and modern, which got my hopes up. But once I started clicking around, the menus felt a bit messy and it was harder than expected to find what I needed. A few pages also loaded slower than I’d like, so the experience ended up feeling a little frustrating.

I ordered a hoodie and the Siamese Dream vinyl from smashingpumpkins.com, both ended up being nicer than I expected. Kind of a pleasant surprise when band merch actually feels worth it.
The hoodie is thick and comfy, definitely not that flimsy cheap material, and the print still looks good after a few washes. The vinyl was packed really well too, with no bent corners or scratches, which I was relieved about.

Shipping took a little while, but it wasn’t a big deal for me. Once everything showed up and I saw the quality, I was genuinely happy with the order and would definitely buy from them again.

I’m giving it 4 stars because the shipping confirmation email came a bit late, which felt avoidable. Other than that, the whole process was smooth and I’d order again

I had to return something, and the refund just felt really slow. Maybe I’m being a little impatient, but it was kind of annoying waiting around and wondering if it was actually being processed.
